To use Ceuber, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Enrollment and Payment

When you enroll with an educator:

• You will be charged the educator's monthly enrollment fee
• Your enrollment will automatically renew each month
• You can de-enroll at any time through your account settings
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

5. Educator Terms

As an educator, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about yourself and your courses
• Create original content or have rights to content you upload
• Maintain professional conduct with students
• Accept the platform's 20% fee on all enrollment revenue

6. Content Guidelines

Users may not upload or share content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains harmful, offensive, or illegal material
• Violates the privacy of others
• Contains malware or harmful code

7. Intellectual Property

Educators retain ownership of their course content. By uploading content to Ceuber, you grant us a license to host, display, and distribute your content to enrolled students. Learners may not reproduce, distribute, or share course content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ceuber is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
